Building a new home in an established community gives you the best of both worlds.  You choose your home plan, the decorator options, the community and get to see it all come together.  It can be exciting to build a new construction home.  The home inventory is still low throughout Atlanta but the good news is that The Canoe Club is in it’s final phase and you can build a new home instead of spending your time remodeling a pre-owned home.
