The winners are in at the 2021 OBIE Awards and The Canoe Club won the silver for the Best Amenity Package.
Held on October 23, 2021, at the Georgia Aquarium, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 41tst Annual OBIE Awards celebration is presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council.
The OBIE Awards serve as the premier awards for residential real estate and new home construction in the Atlanta market. Named after the obelisk shape of the award, the OBIE Awards are considered a premier award in the Atlanta home building industry.
The Canoe Club is a Master-planned community by Reynolds Signature Communities in Fayette County and is a great place to live year-round. The amenities include a lakeside wharf dock and canoe storage plus a 24-hour fitness center. They offer 600 picturesque acres and two spectacular freshwater lakes, Menawa and Senoya. Lake homesites are available.

Turn left onto Sandy Creek Road and travel 6.5 miles to GA Highway 54. At GA Highway 54, turn right and go about 3/4 mile. Turn left on Huiet Drive and travel approximately 1/2 mile to the entrance of The Canoe Club. Follow the community signs to the Lake Cottage and Sales Center.
